Attorney Daniel Thibodeau

Attorney Daniel C. Thibodeau is an accomplished criminal defense and civil trial attorney who has represented hundreds of clients all over the State of Connecticut. Attorney Thibodeau is a founding partner of the Thibodeau & Beadnell Law Group and is widely regarded for his legal knowledge, personability and tenacity in court.

As a skilled litigator, attorney Thibodeau prepares each case as if it will proceed to trial. As a result of his hard work and dedication, he has secured several dismissals and favorable verdicts for those accused of DUI, felony, sexual assault, murder, cybercrimes, RICO violations, drug offenses, theft and more. He also advocates for clients who are injured due to car and truck accidents and slip-and-falls. Dan also has successfully represented clients in Social Security Disability applications, clemency applications, sentence modifications, divorces, and civil restraining orders.

Born in Waterbury and raised in Southbury, attorney Thibodeau has a special connection to the greater Danbury and Waterbury area. During his time at Pomperaug Highschool he played on the 2004/2005 State Champion football team and also served as the captain of the men’s lacrosse team. After graduating Pomperaug Highschool in 2006, he pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Hartford, where he was also the team captain of the Men’s Rugby Club. He then received a doctorate in law from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2014 and moved back to Connecticut shortly thereafter.

Admitted to practice in Connecticut since 2014, Mr. Thibodeau has appeared in every Criminal Court in Connecticut, including Federal District courts of Hartford, Bridgeport, and New Haven. He has constantly exceeded his clients’ expectations by providing personalized and committed legal counsel.

When not working, attorney Thibodeau enjoys spending time with his friends, family and two dogs. He also enjoys sporting events (an avid New York Giants fan), concerts, fishing and playing golf.

Obtained Doctorate in Law from Roger Williams University while working at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office.
